This policy supplements the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use and shall be applied together with them.
1.2 Scope of Application
This policy applies to:
- visitors to the website, including without creating an account;
- registered Users;
- business Users and teams;
- any access to the Platform through the website, the application or any other digital interface.
The policy applies to cookies operating on the website's pages, in the control panel and in the payment flows.

Similar tracking technologies — including local storage, session identifiers, web beacons (pixels), in-app software development kits and device identifiers.
First-party cookies — cookies placed or read directly by the Company's domain.
Third-party cookies — cookies placed or read by external providers, in accordance with their own policies.
Essential cookies — cookies required for the operation and security of the Platform, which cannot be disabled without impairing the Service.

1.4 Legal Source
This policy is implemented in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, and with the guidance of the Privacy Protection Authority concerning consent and the collection of information by digital means.
Where the User is located in the territory of the European Union, the Company also acts in accordance with the principles of the GDPR and the provisions of the ePrivacy Directive to the extent they apply.
1.5 Disclosure Regarding the Use of Measurement and Advertising Tools
Third-party measurement and advertising tools operate on the website and the Platform, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel.
These tools may create a usage profile and be used to display personalised advertising on those providers' networks, including cross-site tracking and conversion measurement.
These tools are not loaded except after express consent has been obtained from the User through the consent mechanism on the website. The User may refuse them and continue to make full use of the Service.
The Company does not sell Personal Information to third parties.
Part 2 — Cookie Categories, Their Purposes and Legal Basis
2.1 Essential Cookies
Used for the basic operation of the Platform: login and session management, identity verification and access permissions, account protection and fraud prevention, and load balancing.
Legal basis: necessity for performance of the contract and legitimate interest in the security of the Platform. They do not require prior consent and cannot be disabled.
2.2 Security Cookies
Used to identify and prevent intrusion attempts, misuse, automated attacks and anomalous activity.
Legal basis: legitimate interest and a legal obligation to protect Personal Information. They do not require prior consent.
2.3 Functional Cookies
Used to improve the user experience — saving language and region preferences, remembering interface settings and personalising displays.
Legal basis: the User's consent.
2.4 Measurement and Performance Cookies
Used to understand how the Platform is used and to improve performance — number of visits, usage paths, errors and response times.
Legal basis: the User's consent. Loaded only after consent has been obtained.
2.5 Advertising and Marketing Cookies
Used to measure campaign effectiveness, to attribute conversions and to display personalised advertising on Google's and Meta's networks, including cross-site tracking.
Legal basis: the User's consent. Loaded only after consent has been obtained.
2.6 Technical Operations Cookies
Used for internal operational purposes — monitoring system health and tracking faults and errors.
Legal basis: operational necessity for the provision of the Service and legitimate interest in the stability of the system.
Part 3 — Controls Applying to Use
A breakdown of the cookies operating on the Platform is available in the preference centre on the website, and may be updated technically from time to time. The following controls apply in any event:
- no cookies are used outside the categories and purposes described above;
- advertising and measurement cookies are loaded only after consent has been obtained;
- cookies are not used for the sale of Personal Information.
Part 4 — Consent Management, Withdrawal and Control
4.1 The Principle of Prior Consent
Non-essential cookies shall not be loaded or activated except after a clear notice has been presented to the User, express and unambiguous consent has been obtained, and the consent has been recorded for compliance purposes.
4.2 The Cookie Banner
The Platform displays a cookie banner including an explanation of the purposes of the cookies and separate, prominent buttons for:
- accepting all;
- rejecting all;
- customising settings by category;
- a direct link to the full Cookie Policy.
The reject button is displayed with the same prominence as the accept button.
4.3 The Preference Centre
The User has the ability to adjust their choices through a preference centre that allows each cookie category to be enabled or disabled separately, an accurate description of each category to be viewed, and preferences to be saved without impairing basic usability.
4.4 Withdrawal of Consent
The User may at any time withdraw their consent in whole or in part, change their preferences without the need to register again, and access the cookie settings through a permanent link in the website footer.
Withdrawal of consent stops future loading of the disabled category and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
4.5 Recording of Consent
The Platform retains consent records for compliance purposes, including the status of the consent, its scope, the date and time of the decision, and the version of the policy in force at the time the consent was given. These records are not used for marketing purposes.
Part 5 — Third-Party Cookies
Google's and Meta's cookies are subject to those providers' privacy and cookie policies, and the Company is not responsible for their content.
A User wishing to cancel the use of third-party cookies may do so through the preference centre on the website, or directly with the providers using the opt-out tools they provide.
The Company reviews its third-party providers from time to time to ensure that adequate data protection standards are maintained.
Part 6 — Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements or the Company's practices. Notice shall be given of any material change.
A technical update to the cookie breakdown that does not depart from the same categories and purposes shall not be deemed a material change.
